Fury Midrand – your first choice for Ford, Mazda, quality pre-owned vehicles and best service - is a proud trading division of the Fury Motor Group.
Fury Midrand has been operational as a Ford and Mazda dealership since 1991, however was only acquired as a division of the Fury Motor Group in 1999. In November 2006, we commenced with the roll-out of an expansion and renovation project that was completed in October 2009. This significant upgrade was brought about by the need to differentiate our brands, both from a new sale and service point of view and to enlarge our quality pre-owned vehicle facility, which now offers our customers an unique service experience, leaving them “Completely Satisfied” every time.
We now have a dedicated showroom for both Ford and Mazda vehicles, with professional sales executives who are passionate about the brands they sell. We have two fully equipped and operational workshops; one for Ford customers and the other for Mazda and fleet customers. We offer “Flexi-service” for our service customers, which allows us to make a specific booking for your vehicle. We are also open on Saturdays for servicing.
Most businesses look for ways to differentiate themselves, and generally due to the technological world we live in and the similarity of products sold, service levels become that differentiator. The secret to high sustainable levels of service that ensure that customers are “Completely Satisfied” every time is to have the right people. At Fury Midrand we are blessed with wonderful people, many who have been with the company for many years and more importantly are achievers who are passionate about customer service. Our managers have an average service period of 5 years and staff loyalty backdating to 16 years.
We are passionate about not only ensuring that our staff are happy but also completely satisfied with the job they do, as we take cognisance of the fact that happy and satisfied staff create happy and “Completely Satisfied” customers.
We have recently introduced the “Good to Great” philosophy. Essentially each staff member helps in the setting of individual targets. These targets are then combined to form a holistic view of what we as a dealership want to achieve for the month. At the end of each month a staff function is held where all staff achieving their individual target get rewarded.
The focus is on individual accountability, whereby each staff member focuses on achieving their particular target. We are still however in the infancy stage of this journey, but are confident that over time we will develop a winning culture that wants to ensure that every customer who deals with Fury Midrand will be “Completely Satisfied” every time.
