We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Service Booking Clerk to join our team. If you have a background in customer service or administration, this opportunity is for you.


  • Manage service bookings, appointments, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance and resolving inquiries or issues.
  • Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer information, and related documentation.
  • Utilize computer systems and software to manage bookings, update databases, and generate reports.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in customer service or administration.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including working knowledge of relevant software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.
