OUR RIVONIA SERVICE MANAGER BEST IN THE COUNTRY

Fury Rivonia GM Service Manager, Norbert Muller, was awarded top honours in the category for Service Management for General Motors South Africa (GMSA) in 2012.  This was announced at the GMSA Honours Awards Dinner held at Monte Casino on Friday, April 19.  Congratulations to him, this is an awesome achievement for him, his department and our Rivonia dealership!

Muller joined the Fury Motor Group team in 2011 and was nominated for this award in 2012 (only 10 are chosen, country wide).  This year he was nominated again and took the award home.

Muller believes, and is committed to, putting our customers first.   His business acumen has a powerful bias towards maximizing value whilst keeping costs to a minimum and will go above and beyond expectations to ensure that our clients are completely satisfied, and, at the end of a challenging day, all vehicles are delivered with a smile.  It is this attitude, along with hard work, dedication, leading the right team and insisting on solid management processes, that won him his nominations and ultimately, the top prize this year.

He has been involved in motor racing for most of his life.  It is here that he has nurtured a passion for, and learnt invaluable skills in, the repair and maintenance of high-performance vehicles.
